The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, received in 1948, verbalizes the possibility that it isn’t right to avoid any individual from the human species from the hover of good concern. This illuminated vision was an enormous development over prior, progressively confined perspectives about who matters ethically; yet regardless it bars a far bigger number of creatures who can both appreciate life and endure: nonhuman creatures

Animal protection is not a new fashion and it has been discussed over and over in the history. Yet, recently UN incorporate animal protection into 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development

The SDG Political Declaration includes substantial reference to the importance of animal protection across agriculture, disaster, diseases, and wildlife.

Most violations of animal rights focus on the following topics: Human overpopulation, property status of animals, factory farming, overfishing, animal experimentation, hunting, fur trading and animal entartaining.

It should be understood that the violations of animal rights are organically related with environmental destruction.

The United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) mainly focuses on the coordination of the organization’s environmental activities and assists developing countries in implementing environmentally sound policies and practices.

Using fossil fuels as humanity’s primary energy source to run our economies and lives has been one of the biggest causes of environmental destruction, such as Land disturbance and destruction, poaching and overfishing , agriculture , invasive species , pollution , poverty , lack of regulations, enforcement, and resources  and  human behavior and overconsumption of resources.  Our relationship to our planet Earth and how we consume its natural resources must be wholly transformed into one where we finally live in harmony with nature and its limitations and restore our planet.
